The Third National Women in Blues Festival

Wilmington, North Carolina

This event was held in two locations. Night one at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, and The Cellar Downtown (new name now). Opened like the past 2, by Rose and Charlie Lucas, then a multi media event and performance from Gaye Adegbalola. Day two started with a jam, with Pat Pepin, Sarah Cole, and more, with help from guys like John Korell (RiP) and more. The lineup included Peggy Ratuz, Patty Benson, Sarah Lemieux and Candye Cane with Laura Chavez.
