This event was held under the parking structure of downtown, overlooking the USS North Carolina Battleship. Unlike the first, this was a two day event, with two headliners. Including E.G. Kight and Deanna Bogart. Also in the lineup, Robin Rogers, Sophie Kay, Sarah Lemieux, Michele Lundeen, Suzanne Thomas and The Blues Church, Sandy Atkinson, Patty Benson, Lara Price and Laura Chavez (Lara & Laura), The Grit Pixies, Big Red and the Soul Benders, and Juke Joint Judy. With guest sit in from Sarah ‘Stone Cold’ Cole and Ken Tucker.
